Like any great team, our sales team is a combination of experience (many of our property consultants have been with us for over 15 years) and youthful determination (the opportunity to learn the business from some of the best ‘old-hands’ enables us to attract the brightest young talent).

THE BENEFITS OF A SINGLE OFFICE

R&G Property specialise in properties stretching from Stirling Bridge in East Fremantle to Canning Bridge in Applecross.  We've operated from the same Attadale location since 1966, and unlike other Agents we've resisted the urge to open other branches, because it's our firm belief that customers get better service when dealing with a single office.

The equation is simple.  The more offices, the messier the bureaucracy.  Put simply, at R&G Property you will never have any of those "I'll need to check with head-office" moments.

Having one central office also means that all our property consultants have easy access to our entire database.  It also encourages greater sharing of knowledge and information.

This means our property consultants are aware of what is happening across the entire market.  Very often we are able to match buyers and sellers extremely quickly and at the right price.

NOT JUST SELLING IT, LIVING IT

It is not hard to know what is going on in the local market if you’re living in it.  Nearly all our staff live locally.  Our advice on the local area comes from a practical point-of-view and a long-term perspective.

When you live locally you are naturally concerned with what happens there.  In 2003, in what must rank as one of our proudest moments in business, R&G Property was awarded the Prime Minister's Award for our contribution to the local environment.

COMMUNICATION AND ETHICS

The R&G policy applies the principle: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you to all things we think, say and do.

It is our responsibility to keep our clients informed through every step of the selling process.  Our clients can expect to be briefed regularly on the extent of buyer interest in their property, so that they can make informed decisions.  Most importantly, our clients can feel comfortable that they can contact our agents directly whenever they have a question.
